If you need general translation service and you have your document ready, you can follow the same steps above, similar to the certified translation process.

How long will it take to receive my order? ⌛
You should expect a 24-hour turnaround for the documents you upload through our form, and the time arranged with you for the special requests. However, take into account that this is an estimate and it could take a little of bit longer depending on the quantity of documents. We’ll get in touch in case we need more time to finish.
What is your return policy?
We make sure the certified translations for USCIS are 100% accurate and ready to be presented before the immigration office. However, it is your responsibility to check that everything is correct before your appointment.

You can cancel your order no more than 12 hours from the time you requested it and we’ll stop doing the work. If you cancel the order after the 12 hours, you’ll be charged 50% of the final price.
